过敏性鼻炎(Allergic Rhinitis,AR)或称变应性鼻炎,中医属于"鼻鼽"的范畴,中医对过敏性鼻炎的 病因病机的认识是从体质因素、从胞痹不通、从情志异常、从气机紊乱、从寒邪致病、从外寒内热、从火热致病、从 正气虚衰等多个方面整体的认识。对于过敏性鼻炎应提倡以预防为主,根据病人体质,在药物、饮食、精神心理 及生活习惯等方面调理机体阴阳偏颇,增强自身免疫力极为重要。

Abstract:Allergic Rhinitis(AR)belongs to the category of “Biqiu(meaning as allergic rhinitis)冶 in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM). The etiology and pathogenesis of AR is cognized holistically in TCM from the various aspects of constitution factors,bladder impediment and obstruction,abnormal emotions,disordered qi movement, pathopoiesis of cold pathogen, external cold and internal heat, pathopoiesis of fire pathogen,and deficient healthy qi. For AR,prevention should be advocated first, and according to the constitutions of patients,it is very important to regulate the body爷s balance of yin and yang from the aspects of medicines,diet,spirit and psychology,and living habits,and to strengthen the self-immunity.
