目的:探讨扁平苔藓中细胞凋亡相关因子的表达情况,研究其与扁平苔藓发生的关系。 方法:用 Tunel 原位凋亡检测法检测30 例扁平苔藓与10 例正常皮肤组织的细胞凋亡情况,并用免疫组织化学法分别检 测该30 例扁平苔藓与10 例正常皮肤组织中 Bcl-2、Caspase-3 的表达。 结果:在扁平苔藓皮损处,Tunel 原位凋 亡检测结果显示,表皮各层均散在阳性染色,真皮浅层淋巴细胞散在阳性染色,在相同部位 Bcl-2 主要表达于棘 层、颗粒层,同时真皮浅层淋巴细胞亦可见其表达,Caspase-3 主要表达于基底细胞、棘细胞及近基底细胞的淋巴 细胞;在正常皮肤组织中,凋亡细胞数较扁平苔藓明显减少,Caspase-3、Bcl-2 仅少量表达于部分基底细胞。 结 论:Bcl-2、Caspase-3 表达增多可能参与扁平苔藓的发病。

:Objective:To explore the expression of related factors of cell apotosis in lichen planus, and to study its relationship with lichen planus. Methods:Tunel in situ apoptosis detection method was employed to detect the situation of cell apotosis in 30 LP cases and 10 normal cutaneous specimens. and Immunohistochemistry method were employed to study the expressions of Bcl-2、Caspase-3 in 30 LP cases and 10 normal cutaneous specimens. Results: In lichen planus lesions, Tunel situ apoptosis detection results show epidermal layers are scattered positive staining,superficial dermal lymphocytes scattered positive staining. In the same part of Bcl-2 is mainly expressed in the spinous layer,granular layer,the superficial dermal lymphocytes also reflected in its expression,Caspase-3 is mainly expressed in the basal cells,spine cell and lymphocytes of the nearly basal cell. In normal skin cutaneous,the number of apoptotic cells compared with lichen planus significantly reduced. Caspase-3,Bcl-2 is only expressed at a small amount in some of the basal cells. Conclusion:The increase of the expression of Bcl-2,Caspase-3 might be participated in the pathogenesis of lichen planus.
