肾上腺疾病为腹部常见病,肾上腺多层螺旋 CT 扫描已成为肾上腺检查中不可或缺的检查手段,增 强扫描在肾上腺疾病诊断中发挥着重要作用,然各种增强扫描方法及技术路线不尽相同,笔者通过阅读文献,归 纳总结出肾上腺增强扫描的三种分析方法:常规动态增强扫描、时间-密度曲线分析法及 CT 灌注成像( CT perfusion imaging,CTPI)。 现将各种增强 CT 扫描方法做一简要综述。

Adrenal gland diseases are common abdominal diseases. The multislice spiral CT has become an indispensable means of examination in the adrenal gland check. Enhanced scan is playing a vital role in the diagnosis of adrenal gland diseases. There are various scanning methods and techniques concerning the enhanced scan. Through reading relevant documents,the author summarizes three major analytical methods for the enhanced scan of adrenal gland, i. e. regular dynamic contrast enhanced scan,time- density curve analysis and CT perfusion imaging ( CTPI). The author will make a brief review of the various methods of enhanced CT scan.
