With the coming of aging society,Disc degeneration disease(DDD)has become common and frequently-occurring bone disease. It is the major cause of lower back pain,resulting in significant serious social and economic problems Currently available clinic treatments are inefficient for solving disease caused by the DDD,especially for patients with degenerated or broken anulus fibrosus. This review following primary introduces in recent years experimental study and treatment of Anulus Fibrosus regeneration and repair at home and abroad. the latest research directions mainly include:repairing itself,cell therapy,surgical therapy and tissue engineering treatment.
