观察蒙药哈森13 味丸对人乳腺癌细胞株 TUDE-201 的诱导凋亡作用,探讨哈森13 味丸诱导 细胞凋亡的机制。 方法:采用 MTT 法检测细胞生存率,采用用流式细胞术检测凋亡率。 结果:哈森13 味丸浓度 为10 ~ 60滋mol / L 时,对 TUDE-201 细胞有明显的抑制生长作用及诱导凋亡作用。 结论:哈森13 味丸对 TUDE- 201 细胞有抑制生长及诱导凋亡作用。

To investigate the apoptosis induced by pill of 13 ingredients in human breast carcinoma TUDE-201 cell lines and its impact on the cell apoptosis. Methods:The MTT assay was used to detect cell growth inhibition. FCM was adopted to detect apoptosis. Results:Pill of 13 ingredients at 10 ~ 60滋mol / L significantly inhibited cell proliferation and induced apoptosis of TUDE- 201 cells. Conclusions:Pill of 13 ingredients can induce apoptosis in TUDE-201 cell lines.
