目的:探讨鄂尔多斯高原碱湖钝顶螺旋藻S 1 藻胆蛋白的抗癌作用,并与Chad湖钝顶螺旋S 2 的进 行比较。 方法:用MTT法分别测定螺旋藻藻胆蛋白对人肝癌细胞(HepG-2)及人胃癌细胞(MGC-823)的生长 抑制作用。 结果:S 1 、S 2 的藻胆蛋白对HepG-2的生长抑制率分别为67.6%、8.1%。 S 1 与空白对照组间呈极显 著性差异(P<0.01),S 2 与空白对照组差异显著(P<0.05);S 1 与S 2 差异极显著(P<0.01)。 S 1 和S 2 的藻胆蛋白 对MGC-823的生长抑制率分别为68.8%、62.5%。 S 1 、S 2 与空白对照组间均差异显著(P<0.01);S 1 与S 2 间无 显著性差异(P>0.05)。 结论:S 1 的藻胆蛋白对HepG-2的生长抑制作用大于S 2 ;S 1 和S 2 对MGC-823的生长均 有抑制作用且效果相同。

Objective:Toinvestigate anticancer effect of Spirulinaplatensis fromalkaline lakes in Erdos Plateau(S 1 )and compare with S. platensis fromChad lakes(S 2 ). Methods:Using MTT to measure the growthinhibitioneffect of phycobiliproteininS 1 andS 2 to HepG-2andMGC-823in humancancer cell.
