川柳嫩枝叶的总鞣质,用配位滴定法测定其总鞣质的含量。结果: 总鞣质的含量为4. 728%。结论: 采用浸泡、
超声法提取操作程序简便、实用,本文采用配位滴定法含量测定,方法独特、细致全面,准确度和精密度较高,可
用于山川柳嫩枝叶中总鞣质的提取及含量测定。

[Abstract]
Objective: To extract total tannin from Mongolian medicine( ramulus Tamarixis’tender
foliage) and determination the content of total tannin. Methods: It was adopted soaking with the
optimum ultrasonic extraction technique to extract the total tannin from Ramulus Tamarixis’tender foliage.
Complexometry was appliedto determine the content of total tannin. Results: The content of total
tannin was 4. 728%. Conclusion: The method of soaking with ultrasonic extraction technique is simple
and practical,Content determination of compleximetric titration method is unique and considerate. The
method was available for extraction and content determination of total tannin from Ramulus Tamarixis’
tender foliage.
