目的: 研究楸子果实海红果多糖( Polysaccharide from fruit of Malus Prunifolia Borkh,PFM) 对衰老模
型小鼠脑细胞的保护作用。方法: 取昆明小鼠60 只,随机分为空白对照组、模型组和高、中、低剂量给药组以及
黄芪多糖阳性对照组,以D-半乳糖制作衰老模型小鼠。观察各组脑组织切片HE 染色组织形态学改变,应用流
式细胞仪观察脑细胞形态学和细胞凋亡率的变化。结果: PFM 各给药组均可见脑细胞神经元树突不同程度恢
复正常,神经元体积逐渐增大,核形恢复规则,细胞器丰富,染色质分布较规则,衰老情况得到改善; 各给药组细
胞凋亡率明显降低,且呈现剂量依赖性。结论: PFM 可改善衰老模型小鼠脑组织结构,抑制脑细胞凋亡,降低凋
亡率,具有明显的抗脑衰老作用

[Abstract]
Objective: Purpose To study how Polysaccharide from fruit of Malus Prunifolia Borkh
protects the brain cell of elder model mouse. Method We put 60 Kunming mouse into six teams randomly,
Blank control group; low dose; middle dose; high dose and astragalus polysaccharides. Then observe
the change of the section by HE staining in different teams and survey the change of brain cell and apoptosis
rate by using a FCM. Result: Each of the team which gives PFM could observe the brain cell
neuron dendrite get right inordinately,neuron volume increase gradually,Nuclear form recover regulation,
organelle abundant,chromation distribute regularly, the phenomenon of old has been improved, the
apoptosis rate decrease dominantly,even present dose-dependent. Conclusion: PFM could improve the
brain structure of elder model muse, restrain the apoptosis in brain, reduce the apoptosis rate and has
the effort of resisting brain elder apparently.
