[摘要]
目的: 研究甘草多糖对大鼠肝肿瘤活性的影响。方法: 将SD 大鼠随机分为模型组( A 组) 、环磷酰
胺组( B 组) 、甘草多糖组低剂量组( C 组) 、甘草多糖中剂量组( D 组) ,甘草多糖高剂量组( E 组) ,每组15 只,B
组给予环磷酰胺20 mg /kg,C、D、E 组分别给予甘草多糖10 mg /kg、20 mg /kg、30 mg /kg。30d 后,取瘤并称瘤重,
计算抑瘤率,采用酶联免疫吸附法( ELISA) 测定大鼠血清中肿瘤坏死因子( TNF-a) 的浓度。结果: 甘草多糖给
药组( C、D、E 组) 肿瘤瘤块体积明显小于模型组( A 组) ,瘤重也低于模型组( A 组) ,TNF-a 浓度较模型组( A
组) 有明显降低。结论: 甘草多糖可以有效抑制大鼠肝肿瘤的生长。

[Abstract]
Objective: Research the effect of activity of Glycyrrhiza Polysaccharide against the rat
liver tumor. Methods: Divided the 50 rats into model group( A) ,CTX group( B) ,Glycyrrhiza Polysaccharide
low-dose group( C) ,Glycyrrhiza Polysaccharide middle-dose group( D) ,Glycyrrhiza Polysaccharide
high-dose group( E) , 15 rats every group,gived the CTX 20mg /kg to B group,and gived the
Glycyrrhiza Polysaccharide 10 mg /kg、20 mg /kg、30 mg /kg to C,D,E group respectively. 30 days
later, removed the tumor and Weighed them,calculated the rat of anti-tumor,determined the concentration
of TNF-a by ELISA. Results: The tumor volume of C,D,E group were smaller to A group. The
weight of tumor were lighter to A group too. The concentration of TNF-a was Reduced to A group observably.
Conclusions: The Glycyrrhiza Polysaccharide can inhibit the growth of liver tumors in rats effectively.
