[摘要]
目的: 优选蒙药狗尾草果实中总鞣质的最佳提取工艺。方法: 采用正交试验法L9( 34 ) 设计该试验，
以狗尾草果实中的总鞣质含量作为考察指标，采用络合滴定法测定含量，考查影响鞣质提取的因素，优化狗尾草
果实中总鞣质的提取方法和条件。结果: 优选工艺为选用12 倍药材量的70%丙酮，超声提取1 h，功率70 W。
结论: 优选工艺提取的总鞣质含量较高，该工艺合理可行。

[Abstract]
Objective: To optimize the extraction conditions for total tannin from Setaria viridis
( L． ) Beauv． ripe fruits． Methods: Orthogonal test was used to screen the optimal the extraction conditions．
The content of total tannin was choosed as the assessment index，compleximetry was used for the
measurement． Results: The best conditions for the extraction process were as followed． The ratio of material
to solution as 1 ∶12，70%acetone solution，extracting for 60 minutes by ultrasonic wave． Conclusion:
The optimum extraction process is reliable with higher extracting ratio of the active components．
