?目的: 制订内蒙古产山川柳的质量标准。方法: 采用性状、薄层色谱鉴别进行定性鉴别，用高效液
相色谱法测定内蒙古不同产地的山川柳药材槲皮素含量。结果: 明确了内蒙古山川柳的性状鉴别特征，建立了
以活性成分槲皮素对照的薄层色谱鉴别方法，制订了槲皮素含量不低于0． 4 mg /g 的质量标准。结论: 所建立的
方法简便、专属性高，适用于内蒙古产山川柳药材的质量控制。

Objective: To establish the quality standards of Chuan Shanliu of Inner Mongolia province．
Methods: TLC and Morphological characters were used for qualitative identification and HPLC
was used for quantitative detection by determining quercetin of medicinal materials from different producing
area． Result: Morphological characters which could be used for the identification were clarified．
A new TLC method using the active component of Chuan Shanliu，quercetin，as the control was established．
The quality standard that the content of quercetin was no less than 0． 4 mg /g was formulated．
Conclusion: The quality standard established in this paper is convenient，peculiar and suitable for the
quality control of Chuan Shanliu of Inner Mongolia province．
