窝沟封闭( pit and fissure sealants，PFS) 技术作为预防乳磨牙及年轻恒磨牙窝沟龋的一种有效方法
已被许多研究证实并广泛应用40 余年^［1］。窝沟封闭的保留率主要取决于封闭材料的性能、适应症及临床操作
的方法^［2］。近年来，学者们在此方面作了大量研究。本文对窝沟封闭的发展现状作一综述。

Pit and fissure sealant technology has been substantiated in many studies and widely
used for more than 40 years^［1］， it is an effective method for prevention of primary molars and young permanent
molars fissure caries． Pit and fissure sealant retention rate depends on the performance of the
