[摘要]
目的: 总结国内外关于缺氧诱导因子-1( HIF-1) 、上皮细胞-间质转化( Epithelial-mesenchymal transition,
EMT) 在乳腺癌的浸润、转移中的作用,探讨HIF-1 对EMT 相关蛋白的调节作用。方法: 应用CNKI、
PUBMED 全文数据库检索系统,以“HIF-1、EMT、TWIST、CAIX、N-cad、泛素、HIF-1 与EMT”等为关键词检索相
关文献。纳入标准: 1) HIF-1 的节构及功能; HIF-1 在肿瘤生长、浸润、转移中的作用; 2) EMT 的特征及在肿瘤
浸润、远处转移中的作用; 3) HIF-1 对EMT 相关蛋白的调节。符合标准并纳入的分析文献23 篇。结果: HIF-1、
CAIX 是肿瘤细胞缺氧的标志,在肿瘤的生长、浸润和转移过程中发挥重要作用; EMT 亦参与了肿瘤的浸润和转
移; HIF-1 通过不同的通路对EMT 相关蛋白进行调节。结论: 探讨HIF-1 对EMT 相关蛋白的调节作用,有望为
乳腺癌提供新的治疗方案。

[Abstract]
Objective: To summarize the effect of HIF-1 and EMT in tumor’s infiltration and metastasis
of Breast Cancer and discuss the moderating effects of HIF-1 on EMT and its associated-proteins.
Methods: Using“HIF-1、EMT、TWIST、CAIX、N-cad、Ubiquitin、HIF-1 与EMT”as key words
searched in CNKI and PUBMED database. Totally 23 papers were selected and analyzed according to
the inclusion criteria as follows: ( 1) The structure and function of HIF-1; and its roles in tumor’s
growth, infiltration and metastasis. ( 2) Characteristics of EMT and its affects in infiltration and remove
metastasis of Cancer. ( 3) The regulating effects of HIF-1 on EMT and its associated-proteins. Results:
HIF-1 is hypoxia symbol of tumor cells which plays important role in tumor’s growth and progression
as well as metastasis. Epithelial-mesenchymal transition also participates in this process. HIF-1 regulates
the associated-proteins of EMT through different signaling-ways. Conclusion: Investigating the
effects of HIF-1 on EMT and its associated-proteins may provide a new therapy for Breast Cancer.
