目的: X 建立手掌参三十七味丸中胡椒碱的含量测定方法。方法: 高效液相色谱法。Diamonsil C18
柱( 250 mm×4． 6 mm，5μm) ;流动相:甲醇－水( 76 ∶24) ; 流速为1． 0 mL/min; 检测波长为343nm; 柱温25℃。结
果:胡椒碱在5 ～ 80μg /ml 范围内呈良好的线性关系( γ = 0． 9997) ; 平均加样回收率( n = 5) 为99． 5% ( RSD
= 0． 97%) 。结论:所建立的方法操作简便、准确可靠，可用于手掌参三十七味丸中胡椒碱的含量测定。

Objective: To determine the content of piperine in Shouzhangshen－37 pills． Methods:
The content of piperine in Shouzhangshen－37 pills was determined by HPLC with Diamonsil－C18
( 250nm×4． 6 mm，5 μm) column at 25℃． The mobile phase was methanol－water( 76: 24) with a flow rate of
1． 0 mL·min－1 ． The wavelength was set at 343 nm． Results: The linear range was 5 ～ 80μg /mL and
correlation coefficient was 0． 9997． The average recovery and the relative standard deviation were
99． 5%and 0． 97%， respectively． Conclusion: The method is simple，accurate and reliable，which can
be applied to the determination of piperine in the Shouzhangshen－37 pills．
