刚地弓形虫(Toxoplasma gondii)是一种重要的机会致病性专性有核细胞内寄生原虫,在世界范围
内广泛分布,对孕妇或免疫缺陷病人损伤很大。随着分子生物学技术的不断发展,获得纯度高、特异性强的基因
工程重组抗原是用于弓形虫感染、弓形虫病诊断和疫苗防治的新方向。而由多个弓形虫重组抗原组合成“鸡尾
酒”式的联合重组抗原来提高诊断的准确性以及防治的有效性更有着广阔的前景。

[Abstract]
Toxoplasma gondii,an important opportunistic intracellular parasitic protozoa,is
world-widely spread and getting damage to pregnant women or immunodeficient patient.With
the continuous development of molecular biology techniques,obtaining high purity and specificity
of genetic engineering recombinant antigens is the new direction for treating the T.gondii
infection,toxoplasmosis diagnosis and vaccine-preventable.To improve diagnostic accuracy
and effectiveness of prevention,a"cocktail"joint combined by Toxoplasma gondii recombinant
antigens has a broad prospect.
