[摘要]
目的: 研究淫羊藿提取物对去卵巢大鼠骨密度、骨重量的影响，探讨中医肾主骨理论。方法: 取84
只雌性大鼠随机分成假手术组、模型组、己烯雌酚组、骨疏康组、淫羊藿提取物高、中、低剂量组7 组，每组12 只。
造模成功后，饲养90 d，开始灌胃90 d 后，检测离体骨骨密度、骨重量。结论: 淫羊藿提取物可提高去卵巢大鼠离
体骨骨密度、增加离体骨湿重、干重。对实验大鼠去卵巢所致骨质疏松症有明显的治疗作用。

[Abstract]
Objective: To Studying the effect of Epimedium Extract on bone mineral density、bone
weight of some ovariectomized rats，exploring the theory of TCM kidneys bone． Methods: We selected
84 female rats in the study， they were randomly divided into 7 groups: shamed operations group、model
group、diethylstilbestrol group、gushukang group 、Epimedium Extract at high 、medium and low dose
groups，every group had 12 rats． After success of modeling，we fed rats for 90 days under the same situation
and then gavaged for 90 days，detected in vitro bone mineral density，bone weight． Conclusion:
The results indicated that the Epimedium Extract could improve ovariectomized rats in vitro bone mineral
density， increased in vitro bone wet weight、dry weight． It had a significant therapeutic effect on osteoporosis
caused by ovariectomized rats．
