目的: 研究山东潍坊汉族4 项人类群体遗传学特征。方法: 2011－07 在山东寿光采用随机整群抽样
方法调查了370 例( 男215 例，女155 例) 汉族的4 项人类群体遗传学指标。结果: ( 1) χ2 检验显示，山东潍坊汉
族拇指过伸率、环指长率、指甲扁形率均男性高于女性; ( 2) u 检验显示，在我国族群中山东潍坊汉族拇指过伸型
率很高，环指长率、指甲扁型率均较低; ( 3) 山东潍坊汉族与手足相关的4 项指标间无相关性。结论: 山东潍坊汉
族的4 项遗传指标具有北方族群特征。

Objective: Study on 4 human population genetic characters of Han in Weifang in Shandong．
Methods: A sample of 370 middle school students( 215 males， 155 females) of Han was investigated
on 4 human population genetic characters in Shouguang county of Shandong province． Results: χ2－
test shows that the hyperextension thumb， ring finger and flat nail of males are higher than that of females．
u－test shows that hyperextension thumb have high percentages in Chinese ethnic groups，but
there are low percentages in ring finger and flat nail． There are no correlations among 4 characters hand
and foot． Conclusion: The 4 human population genetic characters in Shandong have the characteristics
of northern ethnic groups．
