目的: 研究放疗同步联合化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床治疗效果。方法: 选择2007－09 ～ 2009－09
共治疗的84 例宫颈癌病人，随机分为观察组( 同步放化疗组) 41 例，对照组( 单纯放疗组) 43 例，两组病人均行
根治性放疗，观察组41 例放疗的同时加化疗方案，顺铂40 mg /m2 静脉滴注，同时配合保肝、激素、水化治疗，并
对两组的治疗效果进行比较。结果: 全组病人均顺利完成本实验的放、化疗程，观察组3mo 总有效率为90． 24%
( 37 /41) ，对照组3mo 总有效率为72． 1%( 31 /43) ，两组之间比较差异具有统计学意义( x² = 4． 484，P＜0． 05) ; 观
察组1a、3a 生存率分别为97． 56% ( 40 /41 ) 、78． 05% ( 32 /41 ) ，对照组1a、3a 生存率分别为81． 39% ( 35 /
43) 、55． 81%( 24 /43) ，两组之间比较差异具有统计学意义( x² = 4． 168，P＜0． 05; x² = 4． 669，P＜0． 05) 。结论: 放疗
同步联合化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌疗效显著，是理想的中晚期宫颈癌治疗方法。

Objective: To investigate efficacy of radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy in treatment
of advanced cervical carcinoma． Methods: All of the 84 cases patients with advanced stage cervical
carcinoma were divided randomly into 41 cases in observe group( radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy
group) and 43 cases in control group( radiotherapy alone group) September 2007 to September
2009，all of 84 cases patients in two groups received radical radiotherapy，41 cases in observe group
were received chemotherapy concurrently，cisplatin 40 mg /m2 drop by vein，and were treated by protection
of liver、hormones、hydration，effects were analyzed． Results: All of the 84 cases were successfully
completed treatment by chemotherapy and ( or) radiotherapy， the 3 － months total effective rates in
observe group were 90． 24%( 37 /41) ， the 3－months total effective rates in control group were 72． 1%
( 31 /43) ， there were obvious distinction between two groups( x² = 4． 484，P＜0． 05) ; the 1－year、3－year
survival rates of patients in observe group were 95． 1( 39 /41) 、73． 2% ( 30 /41) respectively，the 1
－year、3 －year survival rates of patients in control group were 83． 7( 36 /43) 、58． 1% ( 25 /43) respectively，
there were obvious distinction between two groups( x² =4． 168，P＜0． 05; x² =4． 669，P
＜0． 05 ) ． Conclusion: Effects of radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy in treatment of
advanced cervical carcinoma are obvious，which can be the ideal method for advanced cervical carcinoma
patients．
