目的: 对血清CA125 检测联合PET/CT 显像在诊断早期卵巢癌中的应用于临床价值进行分析和探
讨。方法: 取卵巢病变病人110 例为本次研究对象,对其实施血清CA125 检测联合全身18F-FDG PET/CT 显像。
结果: 在本组病人中,70 例为卵巢癌,剩余40 例属良性病变。在血清CA125 指数水平方面,卵巢良性病变病人
与卵巢癌病人之间存在显著差异( P<0. 05) ; 而卵巢良性病变病人与卵巢癌病人在SUV 最大值( SUVmax
) 方面同样存在显著差异( P <0. 05) ; 在早期诊断卵巢癌过程中,18F - FDG PET/CT 显像灵敏度为95. 1%,特异性
为79. 09%,阴性与阳性预测值分别为88. 5% 和93. 1%,准确性为80. 9%; 在卵巢癌早期诊断效能方面,18FFDG
PETCT 显像在上述指标方面均高于血清CA125 检测,但18F-FDG PET/CT 显像与CA125 检测联合可有效提
高前者诊断准确性( 88. 3%) 以及特异性( 91. 0%) 。结论: 在早期诊断卵巢癌过程中,18F-FDG PET/CT 显像具
有相对特异性以及高灵敏度,联合18F-FDG PET/CT 显像与血清CA125 检测有利于早期诊断卵巢癌准确性与特
异性的提高。

[Abstract]
Abstract: Objective: To analyze and discuss the application and clinical value of serum CA125
detection combined with PET /CT imaging in the diagnosis of early ovarian cancer. Methods: A total of
110 patients with ovarian lesions were taken as the subjects,who received serum CA125 detection combined
with systemic 18F-FDG PET /CT imaging. Results: Among the patients,70 were ovarian cancer
and the rest 40 were benign lesions. Patients with benign ovarian lesions and those with ovarian cancer
showed significant difference( P<0. 05) in both the serum CA125 level and SUVmax . In the early diagnosis
of ovarian cancer, the sensitivity of 18F -FDG PET /CT imaging was 95. 1%, the specificity was
79. 09%, the negative and positive predictive values were 88. 5%and 93. 1%,and the accuracy was
80. 9%. As for the early diagnostic efficiency of ovarian cancer, the above indicators of 18F-FDG PET /
CT imaging were all higher than those of serum CA125 detection,but the combination of 18F -FDG
PET /CT imaging and CA125 detection can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of the former by
88. 3%and the specificity by 91. 0%. Conclusion: In the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer,18F-FDG
PET /CT imaging has relative specificity and high sensitivity. The combination of 18F-FDG PET /CT
imaging and serum CA125 detection can help to improve the accuracy and specificity of early ovarian
cancer diagnosis.
