[摘要]
目的:探讨MRI 对膝关节盘状半月板损伤的诊断价值,从而提高盘状半月板MRI 诊断准确率。方
法:收集36 例行MRI 检查并经关节镜或手术证实为盘状半月板的病人,对MRI 冠状位、矢状位半月板进行测量
分析,记录半月板后角厚度、板/面比率等数据,统计盘状半月板的发生率及合并损伤率,MRI 与手术或关节镜诊
断符合率,盘状半月板各型发生率等。结果: 36 例盘状半月板,均为外侧盘状半月板,未发现内侧盘状半月板,
其中25 例合并盘状半月板损伤,损伤发生率为89. 29% ( 25 /36) ; 其中板型21 例、楔形12 例、肥角型3 例,诊断
符合率分别为90. 47%( 19 /21) 、75. 00%( 9 /12) 、66. 67%( 2 /3) ;板/面比率范围为38% ~ 92%。结论: 盘状半月
板多见于外侧半月板;盘状半月板特征性的MR 表现是盘状半月板明显较正常半月板厚、大,MRI 检查易于诊
断;盘状半月板常并发半月板变性或撕裂。

[Abstract]
Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of MRI on the injury of knee discoid meniscus,
so that improve diagnostic accuracy of MRI to discoid meniscus. Methods: 36 cases of patients
with discoid meniscus who were confirmed by arthroscopy or surgery and performed MRI examination
were collected. Meniscus in the coronal and sagittal of MRI was measured and analyzed. The data of the
thickness posterior horn of meniscus in sagittal, the ratios of board and surface were recorded. The incidence
rate and combined injury rate of Medial and lateral discoid meniscus, the diagnostic accordance
rate of MRI and arthroscopic or surgery and incidence of various types of discoid meniscus were calculated.
Results: In 36 cases of discoid meniscus,all cases were lateral discoid meniscus,none discoid
meniscus has been found. 25 cases with discoid meniscus injury, injury incidence was 89. 29% ( 25 /
36) . The plate was 21 cases, the wedge was 12 cases, fat - horn was 3 cases, the diagnosis rates was
90. 47%( 19 /21) , 75. 00%( 9 /12) , 66. 67%( 2 /3) respectively. The range of board and surface ratio
was 38% ~ 92%. Conclusion: Discoid meniscus is more common in the lateral meniscus. Discoid meniscus
is significantly higher and thick than normal meniscus in MR,and MRI examination is easier to
diagnose. Discoid meniscus often complicated degeneration or tear.
