目的:采用高效液相法对尼群地平片进行含量测定。方法: 色谱柱为Diamonsil( TM) － C18 ( 250 mm
× 4． 6 mm，5μm) ，流动相为甲醇－水( 70: 30) ，检测波长为237nm，流速为1． 0 mL/min，进样量为10μL。结果: 在
此条件下，尼群地平进样量在0 ～ 2． 5μg 范围内线性关系良好( Ｒ2 = 0． 9996) ，平均回收率为100． 18% ( n = 9) 。
结论:本方法简便、准确、快捷，重复性良好，可用于尼群地平片剂的含量测定和质量控制。

Objective: Use HPLC method to determine the content of Nitrendipine Tablets． Methods:
The Diamonsil( TM) － C18 column( 250 mm × 4． 6 mm，5 μm) was used with the mobile phase of
methanol － water( 70: 30) ， the detection wavelength was 237nm， the flow rate was 1． 0 mL /min， the injected
quantity was 10μL． Results: Under these conditions， the linear relationship was good when the
injected quantity of Nitrendipine was in the range of 0 ～ 2． 5μg( R2 = 0． 9996) ， the average recovery
rate of this method was 100． 18% ( n = 9) ． Conclusion: This method is convenient，accurate， rapid，
good epeatability，and suitable for determining the content of Nitrendipine tablets and quality control．
