[摘要]
目的:研究协日嘎－ 4 不同药味组合与总酚酸和姜黄素含量之间的关系。方法:采用ＲP － HPLC 法
和紫外分光光度法测定协日嘎－ 4 复方不同配伍中总酚酸和姜黄素的含量，采用统计学方法得出结论。结果:
全方组中总酚酸和姜黄素的提取量最高(P ＜ 0． 05)。结论:协日嘎－ 4 不同药味配伍的总酚酸和姜黄素溶出具
有显著性差异(P ＜ 0． 05)。

[Abstract]
Objective:Relationship between the contents of total phenolic acid and curcumin and
different matches of compound xieriga － 4 are studied． Methods:RP － HPLC and UV spectrophotometry
are used to determine the contents of total phenolic acid and curcumin，and a kind of statistical method
is used to make this conclusion． Result:Contents of the total phenolic acid and the curcumin extracted
from the total xieriga － 4 compound are highest(P ＜ 0． 05)． Conclusion:The dissolutions of total phenolic
acid and curcumin in different matches of xieriga － 4 compound are significantly different(P ＜0． 05)．
