目的: 研究蒙药二味杜仲胶囊对去卵巢大鼠子宫雌激素受体的影响，探讨蒙药二味杜仲胶囊防治绝
经后骨质疏松症的作用机制。方法: 取4 月龄Wistar 雌性大鼠84 只，随机分为假手术组、模型组、己烯雌酚组、
强骨胶囊组、二味杜仲胶囊高、中、低剂量组7 组，每组12 只，确定造模成功正常条件下饲养90d 后假手术组和
模型组采用生理盐水、治疗组采用相应药物灌胃，灌胃90d 后心内取血，采用免疫组化法观察子宫雌激素受体亚
型ERα、ERβ 的表达。结果: 蒙药二味杜仲胶囊提高了去卵巢大鼠血清雌二醇水平; 使大鼠子宫雌激素受体
ERα、ERβ 的表达增强。结论: 蒙药二味杜仲胶囊可提高去卵巢大鼠E2 水平，使雌激素受体ERα 表达增强、进
一步证明蒙药二味杜仲胶囊具有类雌激素样作用; 蒙药二味杜仲胶囊使去卵巢大鼠子宫ERβ 表达增强，对子宫
内膜无雌激素样刺激增生作用; 对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松有明显的治疗作用。

Objective: To study the effects of Mongolian medicine Erweiduzhong Capsule on ovariectomied
rats Uterine Estrogen Receptor，and search for the mechanism on prevention and treatment
postmenopausal osteoporosis of Erweiduzhong Capsule． Methods: We selected 84 female Wistar rats
which are 4months old， they were randomly divided into 7 groups: shamed operations group、model
group、diethylstilbestrol group、Qianggu capsule group、Erweiduzhong capsule at high、medium、low dose
groups，every group had 12 rats． After success of model，we fed rats for 90 days under Normal conditions，
the rats in shamed operations group and model group were gavaged separately with Physiological
saline． The homologous drugs were gavaged in treatment group． After 90 days， take some blood from the
rats’heart， separate serum． Separate uterine and observe the expression of uterine estrogen receptor
ERα and ERβ subtypes by immunohistochemical method． Results: Using mongolian medicine Erweiduzhong
Capsule enhanced the expression of the rats＇ uterine estrogen receptor ERα and ERβ． Conclusions:
Mongolian medicine Erweiduzhong Capsule can enhance the expression of the rats’uterine estrogen
receptor ERα． This provides further evidence that Mongolian medicine Erweiduzhong Capsule has
the estrogen－like action． Mongolian medicine Erweiduzhong Capsule enhanced the expression of the
ovariectomized rats’ERβ． But the function doesn＇t apply to endometrial． Erweidu － zhong Capsule
could treat osteoporosis of ovariectomied rats effectively．
