[摘要]
目的: 从蒙药诃子中提取多糖，并测定其含量。方法: 采用紫外分光光度法，以葡萄糖为对照品，用
苯酚－硫酸显色法测定诃子中多糖的含量。结果: 经方法学研究，多糖在3． 212－19． 27μg·mL－1 范围内呈线性
关系，回归方程Y= 0． 0432X +0． 0146( r = 0． 9996，n = 6) ，含量为15． 56%，平均回收率为100． 4%，RSD = 1． 60%。
结论: 采用紫外可见分光光度法测定蒙药诃子中多糖含量的方法简便、快速、灵敏，结果准确可靠，适用于诃子中
多糖含量的测定方法。

[Abstract]
Objective: To explore the extraction and content determination of polysaccharide in the
Mongolian medicine Terminalia chebula Retz． Methods: Phenol －sulfuric acid method and UV－PDA
spectrophotometer were used to determine content of polysaccharide in Terminalia chebula Retz． With
glucose as standard substance． Results: By the methodology study，polysaccharide had a linear relation
within the scope of 3． 212 to 19． 27μg /mL， the regression equation was Y = 0． 0432X +0． 0146 ( r
= 0． 9996，n = 6) ， the content was 15． 56%， the average recovery was 100． 4%，RSD = 1． 60%． Conclusion:
UV－Vis spectrophotometry is simple， rapid， sensitive，accurate and reliable，which can be used
to determine polysaccharide in Mongolian medicine Terminalia chebula Retz．
