乳腺癌为全世界女性最多发的恶性肿瘤之一，且有发病率、死亡率逐年上升和年轻化的趋势。然而
乳腺癌早期症状及体征并不明显，较易被忽略。故其早期检出和诊断在提高病人生存率方面就显得尤为重要。
近年来随着科学技术的进步，MRI 技术也已经从单纯解剖学描述向分子生物学、病理生理学和功能性影像学的
方向发展。本文将对MRI 在乳腺癌诊断治疗方面的研究现状及临床价值加以综述。

Breast cancer is one of the world＇s most frequent female malignant tumors，and its morbidity
and mortality has a tendency to rise year by year and the trend of getting younger． Because of a
breast cancer early signs and symptoms are not obvious， so more easy to be ignored． So the early detection
and diagnosis is particularly important in improving survival． With the progress of science and technology
in recent years，MRI techniques have also been described from pure anatomy to molecular biology，
pathology，physiology and the direction of functional imaging． This article of MRI in the diagnosis
and treatment of breast cancer and clinical value of the current state of research on are reviewed．
