[摘要]
目的: 探讨口腔鳞状细胞癌中Paxillin 和MMP-9 的表达及其临床意义。方法: 采用免疫组织化学-
SP 法检测55 例口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中Paxillin 和MMP-9 的表达,用Spearman 秩相关分析两者之间的相关,用
χ2 检验分析Paxillin 和MMP-9 表达与临床病理参数的关联。结果: ( 1) 本实验结果显示,Paxillin 表达在癌细胞
质和/或胞膜,呈棕黄色。55 例口腔鳞状细胞癌中阳性率为67. 27%( 37 /55) 。MMP-9 主要表达在癌细胞质内,
少量有细胞膜表达,呈黄色。55 例口腔鳞状细胞癌中阳性率为65. 45% ( 36 /55) 。( 2) Spearman 秩相关分析结
果显示,在口腔鳞状细胞癌中Paxillin 和MMP-9 表达呈正相关,关系系数为: rs = 0. 349,P<0. 05。( 3) Paxillin 和
MMP-9 表达率均与淋巴结转移有关,Paxillin 表达与肿瘤的分化程度有关,与临床分期、年龄、性别无显著关联。
结论: ( 1) Paxillin 和MMP-9 在淋巴结转移组中的表达率均显著高于无淋巴结转移组,提示Paxillin 和MMP-9
表达可能与口腔癌的侵袭转移生物学行为有关联。( 2) Paxillin 和MMP-9 在口腔癌呈正相关,从该结果可推测
在口腔癌的发生发展过程中二者在某一信号通路上具有协同作用。

[Abstract]
Objective: In a variety of human tumors,cell adhesion molecule Paxillin is closely related
to tumor invasion and metastasis. The study was to detect Paxillin expression in oral squamous cell
carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters associated with the expression of
MMP-9. Explore of Paxillin and oral cancer lymph node metastasis. Methods: The expressions of Paxillin
and MMP-9 were detected by S-P Immunohistochemical method in 55 cases oral squamous cell
carcinoma,χ2 test analysis of Paxillin and MMP-9 expression with clinicopathological parameters associated,
Spearman rank correlation analysis. Results: 1. immunohistochemistry results showed that,
Paxillin expression in oral squamous cell carcinoma of the quality of cancer cells and /or cell membrane,
brownish yellow. 55 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma, the positive expression rate
67. 27%( 37 /55) . MMP-9 is mainly expressed in cancer cell quality,a small amount of membrane ex-
pression,yellow. 55 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma, the positive expression rate 65. 45%
( 36 /55) . 2. Spearman rank correlation analysis results show Paxillin and the expression of MMP-9 in
oral squamous cell carcinoma was positive correlation, the correlation coefficient: rs = 0. 349,P<0. 05.
3. Paxillin and MMP-9 expression rate of lymph node metastasis Paxillin to the expression of tumor differentiation,
no significant association between Clinical Stage,age,gender. Conclusion: 1. Paxillin and
MMP-9 in lymph node metastasis in the positive rate was significantly higher than that without lymph
node metastasis,suggesting Paxillin and MMP - 9 expression may be associated with oral cancer
invasion and metastasis biological behavior. 2. Paxillin and MMP-9 was positively correlated with oral
cancer,can be inferred from the results of both oral cancer development has a synergistic effect on a
signaling pathway.
