[摘要]
目的: 筛选肋柱花体外抗炎的有效活性部位。方法: ( 1) 先后用75% 乙醇和水提取肋柱花，分别由
石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇( 极性由低至高) 分别萃取得不同部位) ; ( 2) 以平皿钢管法测定肋柱花不同部位抗炎
活性。结果: 不同部位比较，乙酸乙酯部位对金黄色葡萄球菌等6 种菌抑菌活性都较强。结论: 乙酸乙酯部位为
抗炎活性部位。

[Abstract]
Objective: To screening the antibacterial effective fraction of Lomatogonium rotatum in
vitro． Methods: 1． Extracts of the medicinal materials were prepared by various solvents． 2． Cylinderplate
method was employed to study the antibacterial activity of Lomatogonium rotatum． Ｒesults: Ethyl
acetate extract was tested to have bacteriostatic action on the six bacteria strains． Conclusion: Ethyl acetate
extract was the bacteriostatic fraction of Lomatogonium rotatum．
