目的: 建立那如-3 中总酚酸含量测定的方法。方法: 采用紫外可见分光光度法测定,检测波长为
730nm。结果: 没食子酸在1. 95 ~ 19. 5μg 范围内呈良好线性关系。回归方程Y = 48. 641X+0. 0308( r = 0. 9995) 。
线性关系良好,加样回收率为101. 09%,RSD 为0. 97%。结论: 该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于那如-3 中总酚
酸的含量测定。

[Abstract]
Objective: To establish a method which the determination of Nuru-3 total phenolic acid
content. Methods: Using the UV-visible spectrophotometry to determine the content,and the detection
wavelength was 730nm. Results: Gallic acid showed good linearity in the range of 1. 95 ~ 19. 5μg. Regression
equation Y= 48. 641 X +0. 0308( r = 0. 9995) . It had a good linear relationship,and the recovery
was 101. 09%,RSD 0. 98%. Conclusion: This method is simple, sensitive,accurate,and can be
used to determine the total phenolic acid content of Nuru-3.
