Patent ductus arteriosus( PDA) is a common congenital heart disease， the incidence of
the disease is high． This article reviewed the treatment of PDA includes drugs，surgery and
intervention． Correct understanding of PDA，and selecting proper treatment can get the best clinical efficacy
and minimize complications． It is also the direction of development of cardiology．
