[摘要]
目的:建立蒙药耧斗菜中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法: 以甲醇为提取溶剂,采用超声法直接
提取样品中的盐酸小檗碱,以蛮罕山产蒙药耧斗菜作为供试品对本实验方法进行考察,以甲醇为空白,在348nm
波长处用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果: 盐酸小檗碱浓度在0. 0020 ~ 0. 0140 mg /mL 范围内与
吸光度呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为96. 77% ( n = 6) ,小井沟、蛮罕山、三岔沟三不同产地蒙药耧斗菜
中盐酸小檗碱的含量分别为6. 259 mg /g、5. 630 mg /g 及5. 960 mg /g。结论: 本法操作简便、重复性好,可用于中
蒙药材中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定。

[Abstract]
Objective: To establish a method for determinating content of berberine hydrochloride
in Mongolian medicine Aquilegia viridiflora Pall. Methods: Using ultrasonic method with methanol as
the extraction solvent to extract berberine hydrochloride in the samples growed in Manhan mountain.
With methanol as blank, the content of berberine hydrochloride was determined by spectrophotometry at
the wavelength of 348nm. Results: Berberine hydrochloride concentration in the range of 0. 0020
~ 0. 0140 mg /mL and the absorbance showed a good linear relationship,and the average rate of recovery
was 96. 41% ( n = 6) . The content of berberine hydrochloride in Mongolian medicine Loudoucai
which from three different regions,Xiaojinggou,Manhan outain,Sanchagou respectively was 6. 259 mg /
g ,5. 630 mg /g and 5. 960 mg /g . Conclusion: The method is simple, repeatable and can be used for
content determination of berberine hydrochloride in Mongolia medicine.
