目的:探讨LED 红光联合他莫克司软膏治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的疗效。方法: 选择56 例
面部激素依赖性皮炎病人，随机分为联合治疗组和对照组各28 例。所有病人均给予口服依匹斯汀10 mg /次，1
次/d 治疗;对照组同时给予0． 1%他克莫司软膏患处皮肤外用，2 次/d; 治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上联合LED
红光照射治疗，15 min /次，2 次/wk。疗程共5wk，分别于治疗第1、3 及5wk 时做疗效判定。结果: 联合治疗组在
治疗第3 wk、5 wk 后的有效率均显著高于对照组，其差异有统计学意义( P＜0． 05) ，且联合红光治疗后，可减少他
克莫司在激素依赖性皮炎治疗中不良反应的发生。结论: LED 红光联合0． 1%他克莫司治疗面部激素依赖性皮
炎疗效显著，安全可靠。

Objective: To discuss the effect of LED red light combined with tacrolimus on facial
corticosteroid dependent dermatitis． Methods: 56 cases with facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis
were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group，each group has 28 cases． All
patients were given oral administration of epinastine( 10 mg，once daily) ; At the same time， the control
group used 0． 1%Tacrolimus ointment on the skin lesion twice daily while the treatment group use the
method described above combined with LED red light( 15 minutes per time， twice a week) ． The course
of treatment are 5 weeks． The effect was measured respectively at week 1，3
，and 5． Ｒesults: After treatment
of 3 and 5 weeks， the effective rates in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control
group， there were statistical differences( P＜0． 05) ． The group of red light treatment can reduce the
side effect of tacrolimus on the treatment of facial corticosteroid dpendent dermatitis． Conclusion: LED
red light combined with tacrolimus is an effective and safe way in treating facial corticosteroid dpendent
dermatitis．
