过多的和不必要的右心室心尖部起搏对心脏可能产生不利的影响，增加房颤及心力衰竭的发生率。
现就右室心尖部起搏对起搏依赖病人心脏结构及功能的急性及中长期影响及机制做一简要综述。

Clinical evidence suggests that frequent and unnecessary right ventricular apical pacing
may have adverse long－term effects， such as an increased risk of atrial fibrillation or congestive heart
failure． Here is to review the impact and mechanism of right ventricular apical pacing on Cardiac remodeling
and cardiac function of Pacemaker dependengt Patients．
