血清γ－谷氨酰转肽酶( γ－glutamyl transferase，GGT) 是一项敏感度高、花费低廉的生化检测酶类，一
般认为，GGT 水平升高与酗酒及肝胆疾病相关。事实上，GGT 广泛存在于人体中，大量研究表明，GGT 也是一种
氧化应激指标，参与了动脉硬化的发生和发展，血清GGT 水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化病变明显相关，亦参与了颈
动脉硬化的形成，是心脑血管疾病发生发展的独立危险因素。

Serum γ－glutamyl transferase( γ－glutamyl transferase，GGT) was a high sensitive and
low － cost biochemical detection enzymes． Generally considered，the elevated levels of GGT was
associated with alcoholism and liver disease．In fact，GGT widely existed in the human body．Numerous
studies show，GGT was also an indicator of oxidative stress and also involved in the occurrence and development
of atherosclerosis．The level of serum GGT was significantly associated with coronary atherosclerosis
and also involved in the formation of carotid atherosclerosis．The serum GGT was an independent
risk factor for the development of cardiovascular disease．
