目的: 探讨超声在诊断肝移植术后胆道并发症的应用价值。方法: 回顾性分析88 例肝脏移植术后
的胆道并发症。结果: 88 例肝脏移植，术后胆道并发症18 例( 16． 67%) ，其中胆汁渗漏3 例( 16． 67%) ，胆道梗
阻11 例( 61． 11%) ，胆泥形成2 例( 11． 11%) ，胆管结石2 例( 11． 11%) 。结论: 超声在诊断肝移植术后胆道并发
症中起到极其重要的作用。

Objective: To evaluate the application value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of biliary
complications after liver transplantation． Methods: 88 cases of biliary complications after liver transplantation
were retrospective analyzed． Ｒesults: 18 cases had biliary complications in all 88 cases after
liver transplantation( 16． 67%) ，of which three cases of bile leakage( 16． 67%) ，biliary obstruction in
11 cases ( 61． 11%) ，biliary sludge formation in two cases ( 11． 11%) ，bile duct stones in 2 cases
( 11． 11%) ． Conclusion: Ultrasonography in the diagnosis of biliary complications after liver transplantation
has played an extremely important role．
