阿尔茨海默病现已成为威胁人类健康发展的疾病之一，在对其发生发展过程及机制的研究中可以
看出: Aβ 在阿尔茨海默病病变过程中起着中心环节的作用，它通过多靶点、多通路导致AD 的发生。近几年有
研究表明，β 淀粉样蛋白在促进神经元凋亡方面起着重要作用，它可以直接引发细胞凋亡，也可以通过一些其他
致病因素间接地通过β 淀粉样蛋白的毒性作用加速神经元的凋亡。本文主要通过查阅了Aβ 神经毒性作用的
文献，对其在AD 形成过程中的作用进行了综述。

Alzheimer’s disease has become a threat to human health． Aβ plays a role in the central
part of the pathology of Alzheimer’s disease which cause it through multi － target and multi － channel．
In recent years，many studies have shown that β amyloid protein plays an important role in promoting
neuronal apoptosis through multiple pathways that can lead to apoptosis． And simultaneously， some other
risk factors may accelerate neuronal toxicition apoptotic by β amyloid directly or indirectly． This paper
reviewed the literature of neurotoxic effects of Aβ and the role in the formation process of AD．
