[摘要]
缺血再灌注损伤是一种较为常见的血管性疾病，由此可引起远端缺血组织的坏死、截肢及重要脏器
的梗死，严重危害人类的健康。炎症因子通过多种途径诱发、促进缺血再灌注损伤。同时，缺血再灌注损伤加重
炎症反应。二者的关系是目前国内外的研究热点之一。本文就炎症因子在缺血再灌注损伤中的作用机制作一
综述。

[Abstract]
Ischemia － reperfusion injury is a common vascular disease，which can cause distal ischemia
tissue necrosis，amputation，and in － farction of important organs and it’s a serious damage to
human health． Inflammatory cytokines can induce and promote ischemia － reperfusion injury through
variety ways． At the same time， ischemia － reperfusion injury will aggravate the inflammatory response．
The relationship between them is one of the hot research topic at home and abroad． In this paper， the
mechanism of inflammatory cytokines in ischemia － reperfusion injury was reviewed．
