[摘要]
目的: 从生物力学角度评价钛合金和不锈钢两种不同材质的正畸微种植体即刻负载后的初始稳定性
及生物稳定性。方法: 不锈钢微种植体和钛合金微种植体各16 枚以自攻方式分别植入1 只雄性迷你猪的左右侧
上下颌骨颊侧牙根间隙,即刻应用转矩测量仪测量微种植体最大植入转矩值。之后用8mm 左右长的高弹闭合镍
钛弹簧在相邻两枚种植体上即刻加载约150g 左右的水平力,10wk 后,应用转矩测量仪测量其最大旋出转矩值。结
果: 钛合金微种植体的最大植入转矩值为8.22±4.72Ncm,不锈钢微种植体的最大植入转矩值为5.57±2.07Ncm,统计
学检测显示P>0.05,无统计学意义; 实验测得钛合金微种植体的旋出最大转矩值为-4.79±2.93Ncm,不锈钢微种
植体的旋出最大转矩值-5.50±1.16Ncm,P>0.05。在实验中不锈钢微种植体折断1 枚,钛合金微种植体折断4
枚。结论: 不锈钢微种植体作为正畸支抗已达到和钛合金相近的良好的初始稳定性及远期稳定性,且不锈钢微
种植体与钛合金微种植体相比具有较好的延展性及强度,穿透力强,容易自攻植入,价格低廉,便于在临床推广使用。

[Abstract]
Objective: To evaluate the primary stability and biological stability of titanium alloy and
stainless steel mini-screw anchorage after loaded immediately.Methods: 16 Titanium alloy mini-screws
and 16 stainless steel mini-screws were placed respectively between the tooth roots at mandibular side
of an adult male mini-pig’s left and right side of the upper and lower jaws by self-drilling.Peak insertion
torque of every mini-screw was measured immediately by measuring torque instrument after implantation.
Approximately 150g constant and continuous force by stretching closed nickel - titanium
springs were immediate loaded for every two adjoined mini-screws for ten weeks.After ten weeks the
peak removal torque of every mini-screw was measured.Results: The peak insertion torque of Titanium
alloy was 8.22±4.72Ncm, and the peak insertion torque of stainless steel was 5.57±2.07Ncm.There was no
significant difference between the two groups( P>0.05) .The peak removal torque of Titanium alloy was-
4.79± 2.93 Ncm, the peak removal of stainless steel was - 5.50 ± 1.16 Ncm. There was no significant
difference between the two groups( P>0.05) .During the insertion,one stainless steel mini-screw was
broken; four titanium alloy mini-screws were broken.Conclusion: As orthodontic miniscrews anchorage
loaded immediately, the primary stability and biological stability of stainless steel mini -screws have
reached to the same level as to Titanium alloy mini-screws.And Stainless steel mini-screws have a better
intensity than Titanium alloy mini-screws.We should popularize the use of Stainless steel mini -
screws on clinical practice.
