目的: 评价MRI 对肝腺瘤的诊断价值及影像特点分析，结合文献对误诊病例进行探讨。方法: 回顾
性分析经病理证实7 例肝腺瘤的MRI 影像特点。结果: 7 例肝腺瘤病人中4 例MRI 诊断为肝腺瘤，2 例诊断为
肝局灶性结节增生，1 例诊断为肝癌。结论: MRI 对肝腺瘤的诊断有一定的准确性与特异性，有利于与肝内其它
肿瘤的鉴别。

Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI in hepatic adenoma and the imaging
characteristics，and discuss the misdiagnosis cases with the related references．Methods: The MＲI imaging
features of 7 cases of hepatic adenoma confirmed by pathology were analyzed．Results: 4 cases were
diagnosed as hepatic adenoma，2 cases were diagnosed as FNH，1 cases was diagnosed as hepatic carcinoma
in all 7 cases．Conclusion: MRI has accuracy and specificity in the diagnosis of hepatic adenoma，
and it can help to differentiate hepatic adenoma from other liver tumors．
