目的: 建立莲座蓟的鉴别与含量测定方法。方法: 以蒙花苷作为指标，进行薄层色谱鉴别; 并以蒙花
苷作为含量测定的指标，以高效液相色谱法测定含量。采用Diamonsil C₁₈
色谱柱，流动相: 甲醇－水－冰醋酸( 45:54．5: 0．5) ，流速: 1 mL/min．结果: 蒙花苷在40．758～ 815．160 ng 范围呈良好线性，
r = 0．9996，平均回收率: 101．13%，RSD: 1．77%。结论: 本法简便、快速、重复性好，可用于莲座蓟药材的质量控制

Objective: To establish the TLC and HPLC methods for the identification and determination
of flavonoids components in cirsium esculentum．Methods: TLC was used for identification and
content of linarin was determined by HPLC method．A Diamonsil C₁₈column was used with acetonitrilewater－
glacial acetic acid( 45: 54．5: 0．5) as mobile phase．The flow rate was 1mL·min－1 ．Results: The
linear range of linarin was 40．758 ～ 815．150 ng /mL，r = 0．9996． The average recovery rate was
101．13%，and RSD was 1．77%．Conclusion: The TLC and HPLC could be used for the quality control
of cirsium esculentum because the method is simple， rapid and reproducible．
