对成人早中期股骨头缺血性坏死的治疗进展综述。电磁脉冲、药物、高压氧、中药等多种治疗方法
对早中期股骨头缺血有一定效果。以股骨头髓芯减压术为基础的多种植入材料的应用，可有效地改善血运增加
机械支撑效果。将来以髓芯减压术为基础联合自体骨或异体骨植入加或不加BMP，或者间充质干细胞移植等
都将成为早中期治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的主要方法。

[Abstract]
Adult osteonecrosis of the femoral head( ONFH) is coursed by different reasons，and the
pathogenesis of it is not very clear．The treatments including electromagnetic pulse，medicine，HPO， traditional
Chinese medicine have certain effects for early and middle ONFH．As a basis of various implant
materials， the application of femoral medullary core decompression technology can increase the blood
supply，and increase the mechanical support effectively．Femoral medullary core decompression technology
combing with autograft or allograft will be the main treatment for ONFH．This paper reviewed the
treatment progress of early and middle ONFH in adults．
