随着癌症诊断与治疗技术水平的提高，癌症病人生存率随之有显著提升。化疗是必要的癌症辅助
治疗方法，但蒽环类化疗药在治疗癌症同时，会伴随心脏毒性发病率的升高。蒽环类化疗药引起心功能不全是
影响病人生存质量及生存率的主要原因。超声心动图可以无创的检测心功能，具有简便易行的优点，在心脏毒
性的诊断中起着重要的作用，本文主要阐述超声心动图对于检测蒽环类药物导致心脏毒性的作用。

[Abstract]
With the improvement in cancer diagnosis and treatment， the survival rates in patients
with cancer have increased significantly．Chemotherapy is one of the necessary auxiliary treatments for
cancer．But the incidence of cardiac toxicity will increase along with the patients treated with Anthracycline．
Chemotherapy－induced cardiac dysfunction is a major contributor to affect the quality of life and
survival rate in cancer patients． Echocardiography is a readily available noninvasive tool to detect
cardiac function and plays a major role in the diagnosis of cardiac toxicity．This paper reviewed on the
role of echocardiography in detecting cardiac toxicity．
