目的: 探讨血浆超敏肌钙蛋白T( hs － cTnT) 的定量与急性冠状动脉综合征( ACS) 的相关性联系。
方法: 选取2014 － 08 ～ 2015 － 08 我院收治的急性冠状动脉综合征病人157 例和在我院进行检查的健康对照组
72 例。将其分为三组: 实验组( 急性冠状动脉综合征组) 又分为不稳定型心绞痛( UA) 组和急性心肌梗死( AMI)
组及对照组( 正常组) 。监测病人和正常人的血浆hs － cTnT 值变化情况，同时将急性冠状动脉综合征病人的血
浆hs － cTnT 水平和正常人机体内的血浆hs － cTnT 做对比研究。结果: 急性冠状动脉综合征病人的( UA) 组血
浆hs － cTnT 含量为( 0． 45 ± 0． 16) ng /mL、( AMI) 组血浆hs － cTnT 含量为( 0． 91 ± 0． 32) ng /mL 明显高于正常组
血浆hs － cTnT( 0． 032 ± 0． 01) ng /mL，UA 组与AMI 组比较差异有统计学意义( P ＜ 0． 05) ; 病人组与对照组比较
有显著统计学意义( P ＜ 0． 01) 。另为血浆hs － cTnT 在不稳定型心绞痛( UA) 组和急性心肌梗死( AMI) 组病人
中阳性率分别为86． 3%、100%，二者血浆hs － cTnT 水平比较，差异无统计学意义( P ＞ 0． 05) ，正常对照组阳性率
为0%。结论: 定量检测血浆hs － cTnT 含量能够有效的反应病人的急性冠状动脉综合征病变，对该病的诊治和
预后判断具有非常重要的应用价值，二者之间具有相关性联系。

Objective: To discuss the correlation of quantitative high － sensitivity troponin T( hs －
cTnT) and acute coronary syndrome( ACS) ． Methods: 157 acute coronary patients were selected in our
hospital from August 2014 to August 2015，while 72 healthy controls were examined． They will be divided
into three groups: the experimental group( acute coronary syndrome group) which was divided into
unstable angina( UA) and acute myocardial infarction( AMI) group， the third group was control group
( control group) ． Detecting the hs － cTnT in patients and healthy groups，and the levels of hs － cTnT
were compared between the experimental group and the control group． Results: The result of hs － cTnT
in UA group was( 0． 45 ± 0． 16) ng /mL，The result of hs － cTnT in AMI group was
( 0． 91 ± 0． 32) ng /mL． The values were significantly higher than the control group( 0． 032 ± 0． 01) ng /mL． UA and AMI
had statistically difference( P ＜ 0． 05) ; The experimental group and the control group had statistically
significance( P ＜ 0． 01) ． The positive rate of hs － cTnT in UAgroup and AMI group were 86． 3% and
100%respectively，and the difference had no statistically significance( P ＞ 0． 05) ． The positive rate in
control group was 0%． Conclusion: Quantitative detection of hs － cTnT can be an effective response in
patients with acute coronary syndrome disease，and there is correlation between the hs － cTnT and the
disease．
