目的: 探讨蒙医放血疗法治疗血管性头痛的疗效及治疗前后脑彩超、血脂的变化。方法: 诊断为血
管性头痛的病人67 例随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组给予蒙医传统放血疗法，对照组给予口服西比灵，观察
4wk 后评价疗效、脑彩超、血脂的改善情况。结果: 治疗组总有效率为97． 1%，对照组有效率为75． 8%，差异有统
计学意义( P ＜ 0． 05) ; 治疗后主观和客观观察指标较治疗前有明显改善，上述指标治疗组改善优于对照组的。
治疗组治疗前后脑彩超的血流速降低，差异有统计学意义( P ＜ 0． 05) ，治疗前后血脂的指标有降低的变化。结
论: 蒙医放血疗法治疗血管性头痛的疗效显著，可有效降低脑血管的血流速度，改善头痛。血脂的指标虽有微量
的变化，希望有待大样本、多中心的随机对照研究继续观察。

Objective: This thesis aims to observe the effect of Mongolian Medicine bloodletting
therapy on vascular headache through clinical randomized controlled study． Methods: To randomly divide
the 67 patients who have been diagnosed as suffering from vascular headache into the treatment
group and the control group． The treatment group carries on the traditional Mongolian Medicine bloodletting
therapy，while the control group takes Flunarizine orally． Observation is being carried out for the
curative effect of vascular headache both on the treatment group and the control group． Results: The total
effective rate of the treatment group is 97． 1%，while the effective rate of the control group is
75． 8%， the difference is statistically significant( P ＜ 0． 05) ; After the treatment， subjective and objective
observation indexes are significantly improved than before; For the above indexes， the improvement
of the treatment group is much better than the control group． Before and after treatment， the blood flow
rate of the treatment group has decreased as it has been shown by TCD， the difference is statistically
significant( P ＜ 0． 05) ，and the blood lipid indexes have been reduced before and after treatment． Conclusion：
Mongolian Medicine bloodletting therapy has obvious effect in curing vascular headache，which
can effectively reduce the blood flow velocity of cerebral blood vessels， improve the suffering of headache．
Although there is a small amount of blood lipid changes，hopefully， there would be large sample，
multicenter studies，which are randomized controlled trials continue to be observed．
