抗信号Dickkopf - 1( DKK - 1) 引起的骨代谢变化对激素性股骨头坏死( steroid - induced Avascular Necrosis of
Femoral Head,SANFH) 的发生和发展起着非常重要的作用。糖皮质激素( GCs) 能通过拮抗Wnt 信号( Wnts) 影
响骨形成和成骨细胞的功能,使得Dkk - 1 的表达显著增加。因此,我们回顾了近几年关于DKK - 1 在SANFH
中作用的相关文献,旨在阐明DKK - 1 对Wnt 信号通路的调控及其在SANFH 发病机制中的作用做一综述。

[Abstract]
Wnt /catenin signaling is central to bone development and homeostasis and its deregulation
is associated with bone pathologies. The antagonists of Wnt signaling - Dickkopf ( Dkk - 1) - play
an important role in steroid - induced Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head. The mechanism by which
GCs impairs bone formation and osteoblast function by opposing Wnt / - β - catenin signal,and the Dkk
- 1 levels increased throughout the study indicating mechanism of this factor thereby inducing the deleterious
effect of GCs in the bone. Here,we review the rapidly growing body of literature in last few years
to illuminate that DKK 1 in the regulation of Wnt signaling and its pathogenesis in SANFH.
