[摘要]
目的: 将HOXA10 蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达情况与临床结合，以探讨HOXA10 蛋白在宫颈癌发生、发
展过程中所起的作用，以及HOXA10 蛋白表达对宫颈癌病人临床预后的影响。方法: 收集2009－03 ～ 2016－03 经
内蒙古医科大学附属医院病理科诊断为宫颈鳞状细胞癌的病人60 例( 以上病例均由两位副主任医师复核后入
组) 。所有入组病人均接受了内蒙古医科大学附属医院放疗科的放射疗法。采用免疫组织化学方法观察入组的
60 例宫颈鳞癌病人放疗前的组织蜡块中HOXA10 蛋白的表达情况，并对60 例宫颈癌病人以电话随访或门诊复
查的方式明确其生存情况。结果: ( 1) 宫颈癌组织中HOXA10 蛋白的表达情况在不同期别和淋巴结转移情况之
间均有显著性差异( χ2 = 47．735，P= 0．000; χ2 = 51．572，P= 0．000) 。( 2) HOXA10 蛋白表达生存曲线提示HOXA10
蛋白阳性表达与阴性表达组之间生存率存在显著性差异( P = 0．000) 。( 3) 分期，淋巴结转移以及HOXA10 蛋白
表达情况与放疗后宫颈癌病人的生存相关。结论: ( 1) HOXA10 蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达情况与分期，淋巴结
转移有关。( 2) HOXA10 蛋白的阳性表达与放疗后宫颈癌病人差的预后相关。

[Abstract]
Objective: The purpose of this study is to compare the HOXA 10 expression in cervical
cancer and the its clinical prognosis， to achieved the critical role of HOXA 10 played in the morbidity
and development process in cervical malignancy．Methods: From March 2009 to March2016，collected
60 patients who were diagnosed cervical squamouse cell carcinom by the Department of Pathology of
Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University( All these 60 sections were re－checked by two
associate chief physician) ．By using the immunohistochemical method to observe the HOXA 10 expression
in cervical squamous cells．In addition， following up these cases by telephone interview or outpatients’review
for prognosis．Results: ( 1) Expression of HOXA 10 protein in cervical carcinoma were in
different stage and lymph node metastasis were significant difference ( χ2 = 47．735，P = 0．000; χ2 =
51．572，P = 0．000) ．( 2) The expression of HOXA 10 between the survival curves indicated the positive
expression of HOXA 10 protein and negative expression group and there was significant difference in
survival rate( P = 0．037) ．( 3) ．Staging， lymph node metastasis and the expression of HOXA 10 protein
are associated with associated with in cervical carcinoma patients with radiotherapy．Conclusion: ( 1)
The stages and lymph node metastasis expression of HOXA 10 protein in cervical carcinoma．( 2) The
positive expression of HOXA 10 protein is associated with the prognosis of cervical cancer after radiotherapy
in patients with poor．
