目的: 探析甲状腺乳头状癌淋巴结转移进行术前计算机断层扫描分区及彩超联合检查的临床观察。
方法: 临床选择2014－07～ 2015－04 本院收治的甲状腺乳头状癌淋巴结转移病人100 例，进行术前计算机断层扫
描分区和彩超联合检查，单纯彩超检查，比较两种检查方式对颈中央区淋巴结转移的准确率、特异性、灵敏度情
况; 比较两种检查方式对颈侧区淋巴结转移的准确率、特异性、灵敏度情况。结果: 术前计算机断层扫描分区及
彩超联合检查法对颈中央区淋巴结转移的准确率、特异性、灵敏度情况分别为86．0%、87．5%、80．4%显著高于单
纯彩超检查法的63．0%、61．7%、58．3%，差异有统计学意义( P＜0．05) ; 术前计算机断层扫描分区及彩超联合检查
法对颈侧区淋巴结转移的准确率、特异性、灵敏度情况分别为87．0%、86．7%、81．3%显著高于单纯彩超检查法的
64．0%、58．1%、59．3%，差异有统计学意义( P＜0．05) 。结论: 甲状腺乳头状癌淋巴结转移进行术前增强计算机断
层扫描分区联合彩超检查法，特异性、灵敏性较高，效果确切，值得临床推广。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of computed tomography combined with color
Doppler ultrasound in the lymphatic metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma．Methods: 100patients
with lymphatic metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma treated from July 2014 to April 2015 in our
hospital were selected．The patients received the computed tomography combined with color Doppler ultrasound
or color Doppler ultrasound．The accuracy， specificity and sensitivity based on two examination
of the central and lateral lymphatic metastasis were compared．Results: For the central lymphatic metastasis，
the accuracy， specificity and sensitivity based on the computed tomography combined with color
Doppler ultrasound was significantly higher than that of color Doppler ultrasound( P＜0．05) ; for the lateral
lymphatic metastasis， the accuracy， specificity and sensitivity based on the computed tomography
combined with color Doppler ultrasound was significantly higher than that of color Doppler ultrasound
( P＜0．05) ．Conclusion: For the lymphatic metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma， the accuracy， specificity
and sensitivity based on the computed tomography combined with color Doppler ultrasound is
higher．The obvious therapy is worthy of clinical promotion．
