目的: 研究骨桥蛋白( osteopontin，OPN) 与CD44 v6 在乳头状甲状腺癌中的表达情况，探讨其与乳头
状甲状腺癌发生、发展的关系。方法: 采用免疫组化( S－P 法) 检测癌组织和相癌旁结节性甲状腺肿组织中骨桥
蛋白与CD44 v6 的表达。结果: ( 1) OPN 与CD44 v6 在乳头状甲状腺癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁结节性甲状
腺肿组织，差异具有显著性统计学意义( P＜0．05) ; ( 2) OPN 和CD44 v6 的表达与病人性别、年龄无关，差异无统
计学意义( P＞0．05) ，OPN 和CD44 v6 的表达与微钙化、淋巴结转移、临床TNM 分期相关，差异具有显著性统计学
意义( P＜0．05) ; ( 3) OPN 和CD44 v6 在乳头状甲状腺癌中的表达存在正相关( P＜0．01，r = 0．559) 。结论: ( 1) OPN
和CD44 v6 可能参与乳头状甲状腺癌的发生; ( 2) OPN 和CD44 v6 与乳头状甲状腺癌的恶性程度及局部浸润有
关; ( 3) 乳头状甲状腺癌组织中OPN 和CD44 v6 的表达存在显著相关性，表明OPN 和CD44 v6 共同参与了乳头
状甲状腺癌的发生、发展。

Objective: We detected the expression of OPN and CD44 v6in papillary thyroid carcinoma
to explore their role in the occurrence and development of papillary thyroid carcinoma．Methods:
We detected the expression of OPN and CD44 v6protein in 60 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma by
immunohistochemistry．Results: ( 1) The expression of OPN and CD44 v6in the papillary thyroid carcinoma
were obviously stronger than in the adjacent tissues( P＜0．05) ．( 2) The expression of OPN and
CD44 v6in the papillary thyroid carcinoma weren’t associated with the patient’s sex，age．( P＞0．05) ．
The expression of CD44 v6in the papillary thyroid carcinoma were associated with the microcalcifications，
lymph node metastasis and cTNM stage( P＜0．05) ．( 3) The expression of OPN and CD44 v6had
close correlation in papillary thyroid carcinoma( P＜0．01，r = 0．559) ．Conclusions: ( 1) The OPN and
CD44 v6play a important role in the occurrence of the papillary thyroid carcinoma．( 2) The expression
of OPN and CD44 v6had relation with malignancy and local infiltration of the papillary thyroid carcinoma．(
3) The expression of OPN and CD44 v6had close correlation，and this indicated that OPN and
CD44 v6together play important role during the occurrence and the progression of papillary thyroid carcinoma．
