[摘要]
目的: 探讨血清白介素－ 6 ( Interleukin6，IL － 6) 、白蛋白( Albumin) 及C － 反应蛋白( C －Reactive
Protein，CRP) 水平与慢性阻塞性肺疾病( chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD) 发病的关系。方法: 选取
120 例COPD 病人及60 例健康体检者为研究对象。120 例COPD 病人分为吸烟COPD 组( n = 60) 及吸烟非
COPD 组( n = 60) 。采用酶联免疫吸附法( enzyme linked immunosorbent assay，ELISA) 测定各组人群血清IL－6、白
蛋白及CRP 水平。结果: 三组人群血清IL－6、CRP 水平间差异有统计学意义( P＜0．05) ，而白蛋白水平间差异无
统计学意义( P＞0．05) 。三组人群肺功能测定指标( FEV1 /FVC、FEV1) 水平间差异有统计学意义( P＜0．05) 。极
重度吸烟COPD 病人的血清IL－6 水平较轻度病人增高，差异有统计学意义( P＜0．05) ; 中度、重度及极重度吸烟
COPD 病人的血清CRP 水平较轻度病人增高，差异有统计学意义( P＜0．05) 。而随着COPD 疾病进程，血清白蛋
白水平变化不大。吸烟COPD 病人血清IL－6 水平与FEV1( 病人r = －0．544，P＜0．05) 及FEV1 /FVC( r = －0．688，P
＜0．05) 均呈现负相关。血清CRP 水平FEV1( r = －0．598，P＜0．05) 及FEV1 /FVC( r = －0．632，P＜0．05) 均呈现负相
关。结论: 血清白介素－6 及C－反应蛋白水平可作为评估COPD 病情严重程度的观察指标。

[Abstract]
Objective: To explore the relationship between serum Interleukin6 ( IL － 6) ，Albumin
and C－Reactive protein( CRP) levels and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD) ．Methods: A
total of 120cases of COPD patients and 60 cases health people were enrolled in this study and the 120
cases of COPD patients were divided into two equal groups．The first group was 60 smokers who had
COPD．The second group included 60 smokers without COPD． The 60 cases health people as control
group．Serum was separated and used to measure the amount of IL－6，CRP and albumin by enzymelinked
immunosorbent assay( ELISA) ．Results: There was a significant difference of the levels of IL－6，
CRP and FEV1 /FVC，FEV 1 but not albumin among the three groups( P＜0．05) ．The levels of IL－6 in
patients with very severe smokers with COPD was higher than mild patients，and there was a significant
difference( P＜ 0．05) ．Moreover， the levels of CRP in patients with moderate，severe and very severe
smokers with COPD was higher than mild patients，and there was a significant difference( P＜0．05) ．
However， the serum albumin levels haven’t changed rarely with COPD disease process．There was a significant
inverse relationship between serum levels of IL－ 6and FEV1 ( r = － 0．544，P＜ 0．05) ，FEV1 /
FVC( r = －0．688，P＜0．05) ; serum levels of CRP and FEV1( r = －0．598，P＜0．05) ，FEV1 /FVC( r = －
0．632，P＜0．05) ．Conclusion: Serum IL－6and CRP can be used to assess the level of severity of COPD
observed．
