[摘要]
目的: 探讨老年病人胱抑素C、血尿酸( SUA) 、总胆红素与最大颈动脉内膜中层厚度( CIMT) 的关
系。方法: 选取2016-07 在内蒙古自治区人民医院住院的306 例60 岁以上老年病人。采用颈动脉超声检查测
定病人最大颈动脉内膜中层厚度( CIMT) ,将病人分为CIMT 正常组( A 组) 和CIMT( B 组) 增厚组。比较两组病
人胱抑素C、血尿酸、总胆红素、年龄、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密
度脂蛋白胆固醇等危险因素,并分析上述因素对最大颈动脉内膜中层厚度的影响。结果: ( 1) A 组胱抑素C、血
尿酸、总胆红素低于B 组( P<0.05) 。( 2) Spearman 相关分析显示CIMT 与年龄、总胆固醇、胱抑素C、血尿酸正相
关( r = 0.189,0.198,0476,0.236) ,与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆红素负相关( r = -0.190,-0.256) 。Logistic 回归分
析显示CIMT 与年龄、总胆固醇、胱抑素C、血尿酸正相关,与HDL、总胆红素负相关。结论: 除年龄、空腹血糖、糖
化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血肌酐外,胱抑素C、血尿酸、总
胆红素也是颈动脉粥样硬化的重要因素。

[Abstract]
Objective: To investigative the relation between cystatin C serum acid and total
bilirubin with maximum intima -media thickness in Elderly patients.Methods: 306 Elderly patients
above 60 years old treated in The Inner Mongolia autonomous region people’s hospital were collected in
the study.According to maximum carotid intima-media thickness( CIMT) by color Dopper, the subjects
were divided into the Normal CIMT group and CIMT increased group.The cystatin C, serum acid level,
total bilirubin, total cholesterol,age,Fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin, triglyceride,High
density lipoprotein cholesterol,Low density lipoprotein cholesterolwere compared between the two different
groups.Results: Group A,Cystatin C,uric acid, total bilirubin lower than group B ( P < 0.05) .
Spearman correlation analysis showed that CIMT with age, total cholesterol,Cystatin C, serum uric acid
is associated related ( r = 0.189,0.1980476,0.236 ) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol,total
bilirubin negative( r = -0.190. -0.256) .Logistic regression analysis showed that CIMT with age, total
cholesterol,Cystatin C,uric acid is related to,and HDL,total bilirubin negative correlation.
Conclusion: Cystatin C, serum acid level, total bilirubin were important factors for atherosclerosis.
