[摘要]
目的: 分析糖尿病视网膜病变( DR) 与糖尿病肾病( DN) 的相关性及危险因素。方法: 选取我院眼科
及内分泌科2013-06~ 2015-05 住院或门诊就诊的2 型糖尿病病人351 例,回顾性分析其临床资料及实验室检
查,根据眼底照相及眼底荧光血管造影检查结果将其分成NDR 组( 无视网膜病变) 、NPDR 组( 非增殖性视网膜
病变) 、PDR 组( 增殖性视网膜病变) ; 根据肾脏损害程度,参考尿微量蛋白( ALB) 的排泄水平,分成NAU 组( 无
蛋白尿,ALB< 30mg /24h) 、MAU 组( 微量蛋白尿,30mg /24h <ALB< 300mg /24h) 、CAU 组( 临床蛋白尿,ALB >
300mg /24h) 。检测各组临床与生化指标,分析糖尿病视网膜病变( DR) 与糖尿病肾病( DN) 的相关性。结果: DR
中各组之间DN 的发病率比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05) 。随着DR 损害程度的加重,DN 也逐渐加重,DR 与
DN 具有正相关性。结论: 糖尿病视网膜病变与糖尿病肾病在病变程度上具有正相关性,糖尿病视网膜病变的出
现能够预测肾功能损伤的程度。

[Abstract]
Objective: To analyze the relationship between diabetic retinopathy( DR) and diabetic
nephropathy( DN) and risk factors.Methods: Choose our hospital department of Ophthalmology and Department
of Endocrinology from June 2013 to May 2015 in the hospital or outpatient clinic type 2 diabetic
patients 351 cases,Retrospective analysis of the clinical data and laboratory examination,According
to the results of fundus photography and fundus fluorescein angiography, the patients were divided
into group NDR( no retinopathy) ,NPDR group( non proliferative retinopathy) ,and PDR group( proliferative
retinopathy) ; According to the degree of kidney damage, the levels of urinary micro protein
( ALB) excretion were divided into NAU group( no proteinuria,ALB<30mg /24h) ,MAU group( 30mg /
24h<ALB<300mg /24h) ,CAU group( ALB> 300mg /24h) .Clinical and biochemical parameters were
detected to analyze the relationship between diabetic retinopathy( DR) and diabetic nephropathy( DN) .
Results: The difference of the incidence of DN among the groups in DR was statistically significant( P<
0.05) .With the aggravation of DR damage,DN also gradually increased,DR and.Conclusion: Diabetic
retinopathy and diabetic nephropathy have a positive correlation with the extent of the lesion,and the
appearance of diabetic retinopathy can predict the extent of renal damage.
